We have one corn dry mill that grind high quality corn providing differentiated service in Mexico.
Bunge began operations in Mexico in 1998 after acquiring the corn dry milling operation inside a Kellogg’s facility in Querétaro.
In 2014 Bunge Mexico started the commercialization of vegetable oils and fats, who now is Bunge Loders Croklaan (2018).

Vegetable oil is an organic compound obtained from seeds or other plant parts, consists of lipids, such as fatty acids of different types. The proportion of these fatty acids and their different features, give the properties to the different existing vegetable oils.
Shortening is known as a vegetable oil solidified after being submitted to a hydrogenation process. It has a neutral flavor and color, its consistency is excellent when firmness is required in results of the recipe being developed.
