Bunicci® Olive Oils are rich in flavor. Substitute Bunicci® Olive Oils for butter in virtually any recipe. Bunicci® plastic gallon containers are ideal for back of the house applications.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is derived solely from the cold pressing of olives without refining. Pure Olive Oil is a combination of refined olive oil and extra virgin or virgin olive oil. Olive Pomace Oil is extracted from the pomace, or the remaining portion of the olive after pressing.
