Nutra-Clear™ High Stability Canola Oil is a high oleic, low linolenic, canola oil specifically developed for extensive deep frying. Nutra-Clear™ is non hydrogenated, low in saturated fat, and trans fat-free. Nutra-Clear™ can be utilized in a wide range of applications other than deep frying such as a salad, ingredient, spray, or griddle oil.
