Description:
Ceratex confectionary flakes from yellow and white corn are highly refined cereal flakes that exhibit rapid inclusion wet or dry, flavor absorption, and moisture retention in food systems. Confectionary flakes are used in candy bars, fruit fillings, breadings, and toppings.

Arepa - Arepa White and Yellow Corn Meal
Description:
Manufacturers and specialty bakers can utilize the pre-gelatinized properties of Bunge Arepa to create authentic Latin American flatbreads, traditional Arepas or grilled cakes. Bunge Arepa corn meal is offered in one specific granulation for dough formation and can be enriched.

Toasted Corn Germ and Bran
Description:
Stabilized corn germ and bran are a natural way to add flavor, fiber and protein. The proprietary process uses heat to stabilize and can offer toasted properties to the products. The corn germ is offered in light to dark toast which offers a pleasing nutty flavor to dry mixes, baked goods, and cereals. The stabilized corn bran can add up to 80-85% total dietary fiber to many different wet and dry food systems.
