Bunge and Corn Products to combine
June 23, 2008 - White Plains, New York and Westchester, Illinois - Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) and Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE: CPO) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement in which Bunge will acquire Corn Products in an all-stock transaction. Bunge Hamilton, Ontario Plant to Process Canola
December 5, 2006 - St. Louis, Missouri - Bunge North America, the North American operating arm of Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG), announced that it will resume canola operations at its oilseed processing plant in Hamilton, Ontario. Once the needed modifications are complete in December 2007, the plant will have the capacity to crush 240,000 MT of canola per year. The plant will continue to process soybeans. [Full Release]
